“Cinema gives us the opportunity to wander through worlds we would not have without it,” Federico Fellini is said to have remarked. For me, film and cinema have always been a bridge to possible realities. It took me time to find my way back to everyday life from the worlds I explored on screen, which is why I have shaped my work as a filmmaker around telling stories of worlds I want to strengthen—or in which I would like to live. Today, my work as a director, creative producer, and writer spans all genres. In addition to my own projects, I work as a sustainability and green consultant and teach participatory and social impact film at various universities.
